ATN Travel Services: Cancelation Policy

Our tour packages are made up of the following components:

Land Services (accommodation in hotels, transfers to and from airports, tour locations, hotel)
Plane tickets
Ferry tickets
Bus tickets.

Below are the cancelation policies for each of these services:

A) Cancelation policy for land services (Tours, Hotels and Transfers)

– Land services such as hotel, tours and transfers are refundable according to the following cancellation policy:

– Bookings cancelled with more than 2 weeks notice before departure date will receive a 90% refund.

– Bookings cancelled with more than 1 week notice before departure date will receive a 60% refund.

– Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice before departure date or that are NO SHOW will NOT get any refund.

Note: Booking cancellations of land services (hotel, tours and Transfers ) are separate from the flights since domestic airlines will apply their own cancellation policies that it is mentioned in the next point B.

B) Cancelation policy for domestic flights in Argentina:

The domestic airfares included in our tour packages are non-refundable due to the airline policy and don’t allow you changes of departure times or change of date in case of cancellation or no show.

C) Cancelation policy for Bus Tickets:

You will be refunded approximately 80 % of your bus fare in case of cancelation. Cancelation for bus tickets must be done at least 48 hours before your trip starts. If you cancel your trip within 48 hours of departure, you will not receive a refund. In case of no show without previous notice, you will not receive a refund.

D) Cancelation policy for Ferry Tickets:

The Ferry tickets included in our tour packages are non-refundable due to the Ferry company policy Buquebus and don’t allow you changes of departure times or change of date in case of cancellation or no show.

ATN Travel Services Travel Agency recommends that clients purchase a trip cancelation insurance plan in their home country, so that 100% of your costs can be refunded in the case of a cancelation or health problem.
