An Unforgettable Day Trip to Colonia

This old XVII century Portuguese city was declared UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its very well-conserved architectonic buildings. It maintains its strong Colonial characteristic.

Our day trip in Colonia is an incredible full day tour along its stone-paved streets, old buildings and museums (Spanish and Portuguese) and beautiful waterfront promenades with the most romantic sunsets.

During the day trip in in Colonia del Sacramento we also visit the downtown, the port area, Fernando Beach (where you will have free time to enjoy the river sights), the Forest Reserve and the Colonia del Sacramento Fort.

Then, we will drive until “Plaza de Toros Real de San Carlos”, an imposing bullfighting ring. After spending a great time visiting Colonia, we will stop for lunch in a typical Uruguayan restaurant. Finally, we will get back to the Port of Buenos Aires on The Buquebus fast ferry in order to finish an unforgettable day trip to Colonia.
